Liza is everything you want in a Realtor. She is extremely skilled in navigating a complicated and ever-shifting real estate market. She is excellent at hearing what you want and helping you prioritize your goals in the home buying process. Her negotiation skills are spot-on, and she works tirelessly throughout the entire home buying process. Not to mention, she is kind, funny, and knows the exact right ways to make you feel at ease through a very big decision. I've had the pleasure of working with her for two home purchases, and each of them had very different circumstances. She was a pro each time, helping us reach our home-buying goals with tons of support and, I'll be honest, relative ease! I am grateful to have her in my corner and continue to recommend her to our friends and family who are buying or selling.

Liza is an incredible realtor! She is patient, diligent, and got creative to help me get an offer approved on my first home in a tough market. She was always available for questions/concerns and advocated for me throughout every step in the process. I had little idea about what I was doing and felt so supported with Liza by my side. If you need a realtor in the greater Portland area, Liza is your girl! We could not imagine our move coming to fruition without her.

We met Liza virtually in July 2020 after deciding to make the big move from Chicago to Portland. Despite the distance and the fact that we would not be able to be in Portland for any of the process, she jumped right in, setting realistic expectations of what we could get within our budget and helping us develop a plan to find a house with as many of our desired characteristics as possible.

After a few months of sharing links to houses we liked around the city, we found THE ONE. Liza was on a vacation, but she still had a professional video walkthrough in our inboxes within hours of the house hitting the market. Over the course of that weekend, Liza helped us prepare a competitive offer that made sense for our budget, using her extensive knowledge of the market to give us the best shot possible in last summer’s crazy real estate environment.

Our offer was accepted, and now nearly 15 months later, we still talk often about Liza’s kindness, professionalism and how thankful we are to have come across her name on Zillow. When we closed on the house, we weren’t going to be able to officially make our move until later that month. Liza took time out of her day to help us pick up a new mattress and make an epic target run to get the essentials so we could live in our new home that weekend.

Liza is truly one of a kind. If you ever have the opportunity to work with her, don’t pass it up!

Liza is THE best realtor you can find. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and completely new to the house buying process. Liza was beyond patient with us, and educated us on all the things we needed know for our house purchase. She is also very transparent when it comes to touring houses, she points out things in houses that may not be aligned with our long term goals. All in all, Liza is very knowledgeable, authentic, and extremely reliable as far as realtors go. My fiancé and I love our house that Liza helped us find!

Liza is by far the best realtor you could ever hope to work with. She is smart, kind, professional, responsive, and goes above and beyond for her clients in pretty much every way imaginable. Honestly, this lady works so hard, I’m not sure when she finds time to sleep! We purchased our home in September, 2020 in the midst of the pandemic, raging wildfires, and in a seller’s market. She found a house we hadn't noticed in our own search that perfect for us in so many ways. It was a complicated transaction, as we were waiting on the delayed sale of another home to cover a portion of the down payment. There were plenty of twists and turns, but Liza made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or draw up documents at the last minute. We always felt like we had the information we needed during inspections and negotiations with the seller. After we closed, Liza offered plenty of contacts for home renovations and still sends us little reminders about taxes and other new homeowner info. We are so grateful we chose Liza to be our realtor and are confident that everyone who works with her will feel the same way. Thank you, Liza!

Liza is the best! She is knowledgable, supportive, super flexible/responsive, and really makes you feel like her #1 client, even though you know she's probably busy as hell because of how good she is! I was not feeling hopeful about being able to buy my first home in my desired location with the market how it is, BUT with Liza's help, we made a dream come true! We could not have gotten our home in Portland without Liza! She was attentive, professional, and helped us navigate an incredibly competitive market. She worked tirelessly- often late at night and over the weekend- to help us tour homes, put in offers, and eventually close on our home. As first time home buyers, Liza also taught us how to put together competitive offers in a seller's market, which eventually led to us getting our offer accepted. She also has given us awesome resources for a home inspector, plumber, "handyman", etc. I can recommend Liza with 100% confidence and am very grateful for her commitment and tenacity. Liza is amazing! When my husband and I (and our pup Magnus) decided to move from the East coast to Portland, we of course picked the most opportune time..during a pandemic, wild fires and civil unrest! A friend of mine who had gone to college with Liza pointed us in her direction. We began talks even prior to our move West to give her an idea of what we were hoping for. When we arrived, it was a whirlwind as the market was extremely competitive and houses were going for 50k-100k+ over asking. There were many sad misses along the way, but Liza kept saying to us the right house will come along. I will admit we were feeling a bit defeated at times, but she wasn't. In the end, we somehow landed an awesome, teeny, mid-century modern house in an amazing location. We cannot tell you how much we love Liza. She made us feel like we were her only clients and was always down for checking out a house, no matter what time of day! Thank you again, Liza - we hope to stay friends for years to come! -

My husband and I recently purchased our first home and had an excellent experience with Liza! She was kind, informative, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. After reading COVID horror stories we expected the home buying process to be difficult and stressful but we were able to get into the perfect home for our family quickly and painlessly. Liza was excellent at negotiating and was able to steer us in the right direction to land in our new home with major repairs done before closing. We also did a rent back with our sellers and Liza has continued to communicate with us after the transaction closed to make sure our transition goes smoothly. We would highly recommend Liza to anyone for a smooth and painless home buying experience!
